Everything turned out to be ready - the nest was washed, a heating pad, napkins, rags, scissors, an enema, diapers, syringes, gluconate, ringer, glucose and so on and so on and so forth have long been assembled and are on alert.
On Saturday, we had planned the long-awaited guests, who did not really want to cancel.
In the morning, Sansa almost didn’t eat again, but she drank a lot and we warned the guests - if something had to quickly disperse ...
Sansa is a very delicate oriental cat.
She neatly waited when we ate all the snacks, barbecued fried, drank drinks, talked, watched a good old movie and dispersed. Only after that, at about 2 a.m., the girl decided that it was time and the fights began ...
So we sat with her until 8 in the morning. They held her hand and periodically pushed together))
Closer to 9 in the morning the first miracle appeared))
Sansa was already very tired after the first, and there were clearly still kittens ...
An hour later - another ...

Sensa was no longer up to the kittens.
Only one desire is to lie down, close your eyes and sleep.
Of course she was tired, why be surprised. The last days did not eat, the night did not sleep, contractions / attempts, stress, it hurts. I would like to help her with something, but apart from stroking, helping to push, taking and pulling kittens, changing a heating pad and periodically feeding with drugs, what else can I do?
At one point, Sansa relaxed and even took a nap.
During this time I even managed to take a walk with Ryzh, Lena remained for the midwife))
Rest greatly helped, the girl cheered up and with new strengths gave out such a wonderful oriental kitten :)
It differs from the two older brothers (?) And does not seem to be bicolor, but simply spotted :)
Now, on the belly of a young mother, three are already swarming about ...
Mom is still in a semi-unconscious state, childbirth has been going on for almost 12 hours, and the contractions do not end ...
Finally, at the 14th hour of the process, the fourth appeared ...
After his release, Sansu seemed to be turned off.
She went limp, relaxed, calmed down, licked a couple of times each kitten and fell asleep.
It became clear that everything ...))
So four.
All stuck.
The first days are the most dangerous and unpredictable, especially in the case of difficult birth - you never know what happened to them in the birth canal. It happens that the strong and strong go away on the second or third day, and the weak dead breaths eventually turn into beautiful princes. We will monitor, control and try to help those who need help.
In the meantime, the usual problems of the first hours and days.
Sansa eats poorly and drinks little, which means there is so little milk. On the first day, the kittens lost weight. Mom doesn’t really want to sit locked up with them, is eager for the team. Blood flows from the loop. Kittens are not washing (Sansa is generally a lazy dog in this sense) ...
